The Micrometer Simulator app lets you simulate measurements using a micrometer. It is an open-source physics simulation that can be downloaded for free on your mobile device. It is based on the open source code developed by Fu-Kwun Hwang.

The app has the following components:

The micrometer, which is the main instrument used to measure angles and distances. The anvil and the stock are the two elements that make up the instrument. The anvil is the element that the user sees and the stock is the element that is hidden from the user. The micrometer can be turned into a laser micrometer, a laser anvil, and a digital anvil. The user can set the distance, the lead, the number of turns, and the rotation. The user can also choose to set the accuracy.

The slider is the element that controls the size of the object. The checkboxes are the elements that allow the user to set the hint and the answer.

The applet has a background image and a graphic image that allows drag action. The background image is the background of the applet and the graphic image is the image of the micrometer.
